    The Role

    As a Sr. VFX-Post Producer in our San Francisco office, you will help create high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Beyond being highly motivated, adaptable and, detail oriented, you will also have excellent client-facing skills.     A DAY IN THE LIFE

    (Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To)

    • Bid jobs and create budgets
    • Develop project schedule and assemble a creative team
    • Oversee project development, kick off, creative, and client meetings
    • Work with creative directors and VFX Supervisors and manage multiple artists and animators
    • Communicate with the client and artists daily to ensure we are managing project deadlines and budget expectations
    • Accountable for accuracy and quality control of Ntropic standards
    • Actualize, do projections and wrap projects
    • Manage client satisfaction and promote ongoing relationship
    • Ability to judge creativity and understand Ntropic’s style and aesthetic
    • Give guidance to artists and manage job expectations
    • Continue to develop and expand roster of high level producer and artist resources
    • Industry connections and solid existing relationships will be very advantageous to help grow and progress a versatile and talented team.
    ENOUGH ABOUT US, YOU HAVE:

    • Must have a minimum 5 years experience as a VFX and Post Producer. Live Action production experience a plus.
    • Expertise with 2D and 3D pipelines and workflows involving Flame, Maya, Vray, After Effects, Nuke, Nuke Studio and C4D is essential
    • Great attention to detail
    • Strong organization skills and experience managing multiple projects
    • Great creative vision and the ability to provide creative direction and feedback

    Ntropic seeks a motivated Recruiting and Resource Manager for our San Francisco office who can
    manage our recruitment function for full-time and freelance talent while building strategic relationships
    with candidates and hiring managers. This is a hands-on role for a results driven person who understands
    the importance of quality and relationships. Client management skills set the ideal candidate apart from
    others in order to deliver quality pipelines. This individual has experience identifying and sourcing creative
    talent for the film, video production, or commercial industry. This is a full-cycle recruiting role and it will
    deal with both creative and production roles.

    Primary responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies for numerous positions at various levels
    across all departments, and managing the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing, applicant screening,
    interviewing and closing candidates. If you thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment and can
    effectively recruit top talent in the film industry we would like to hear from you.

    Responsibilities
    ● Recruit both for full-time and project based positions across 3 offices
    ● Assist with cross-office resource management
    ● Meet with hiring managers to understand our business and translate needs into sourcing,
